Heat Illness Prevention

Employers are legally responsible for protecting their crews from heat-related harm. But more than compliance, this training is about making sure everyone goes home safe. Cal/OSHA has established a field office right here in Santa Barbara, and heat illness enforcement is one of their top priorities. It has ranked among the top 3 most cited violations in California consistently from 2022 through 2025. 

This overview course gives workers and supervisors the real-world knowledge to spot heat stress early, act fast, and stop a bad situation before it becomes a tragedy. No fluff, just the critical information your team needs to stay safe when temperatures climb.

What your team will learn:
