Founded in 1980 by CEO Pat McCarthy, the firm is now run by its four principals; Pat McCarthy, Tony Koeijmans, Sarah McCarthy-Garcia and Peter McCarthy. Our corporate office is located in Ventura, California. Within the last 5 years, McCarthy has constructed over 700 residential units.
