Confined Spaces 

Confined spaces present some of the highest-risk environments in construction and maintenance work. This course provides a practical overview of OSHA's Confined Space Entry (CSE) requirements, helping employers and employees recognize hazards before they become incidents. Participants will learn how to identify confined spaces, evaluate risks, implement proper entry procedures, and establish effective safety controls that protect workers and keep projects compliant.

• Recognize permit-required and non-permit confined spaces.
• Understand OSHA's Confined Space Entry (CSE) requirements.
• Identify atmospheric, physical, and environmental hazards before entry.
• Develop safe entry procedures that reduce injuries, delays, and liability.
• Understand the roles and responsibilities of supervisors, entrants, and attendants.
• Learn best practices for emergency planning and rescue preparedness.
